Important Points to Note
- It is Mandatory for the students to carry the Student ID Card and Hall Ticket on the day/s of Exams
- Without both the documents, students will strictly not be allowed in the Exams Hall
- Displaying soft copy of Hall Ticket on phone will not be considered for exam registration/verification
- It is Mandatory for the student to first register at the Registration Desk available at the Exam Centre for each exam
- Without Registration student will not be allowed to appear for the Exam
- Your Exam User ID and Exam Password is printed on your Hall Ticket
- Candidates should register themselves and logon to the Examination system on or before the scheduled Examination Time
- Students are expected to report at least one hour before actual Exam time
- Students reaching after the start of Exam will not be permitted extra Exam time
- Students will not be allowed entry 30 minutes after the start of the Exam for any reason whatsoever
- Do not write/scribble anything on the Hall Ticket as it leads as it will be counted under Unfair Means
- Students should carry their own calculators (Standard / Scientific) for the required subjects as there is no on-screen calculator
- Borrowing of calculators during the on-going examination will not be permitted
- Carrying and/or use of any communication devices like any Cell Phones, PDAs and smartwatches and other electronic, recording, listening, scanning or photographic devices in switched off / on or any other mode carried intentionally or unintentionally is strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall
- Please ensure your communication devices are not in your person during the Exam and kept secured in your bag or at designated place inside the lab
- As per the NMIMS University rules, non-adherence to any of the rules will result in Term End Examination getting Null and Void
To Apply for Duplicate Identity Card
- If you have lost your Student ID Card, please apply it from your Student Zone
- Go to Student Support – Service Request option and request for Duplicate ID Card
- You will receive an acknowledgement in Email as soon as you apply
- Carry a print out of that acknowledgement received in email along with some other Photo ID proof
- Aadhar Card or Passport or PAN Card or Driving License or Voters ID Card can be carried along
- Make sure the photo is of clear quality and same as supporting documents for ID Card
